Shipping information

Shipping fresh meat requires special care, and we are committed to ensuring your order arrives in the best condition. Here’s how we handle it:

2024 Holiday Season shipping info

Since 24/12 and 31/12 are a Tuesday and our departure days are Monday’s with a 24-48 hour delivery time we can’t guarantee that orders which depart on 23/12 and 30/12 will arrive the day after. Best is to order the week before and keep the Wagyu in the fridge until your festivities.

Shipping days and deadlines

Our orders are shipped three times a week only to guarantee freshness:

  • Departure Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday will ship on Monday for Tuesday or Wednesday delivery.
  • Expected Delivery: Depending on your location, delivery occurs within 24 to 48 hours from our facility in Belgium.

Note: Place your order by Tuesday if you wish to enjoy your products over the weekend, as our courier does not store fresh items over the weekend.

Delivery carrier and times

We exclusively use DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable service throughout Europe. Expect delivery within 1-2 business days post-departure, though remote areas may require additional time.

Remote areas

For very remote areas, including islands or distant villages, delivery may extend by 1-2 days. To ensure timely arrival, especially before weekends, consider placing orders on Sunday for Monday departures. DHL Express keeps parcels cooled in their warehouses during the time period between travel times.

Packaging and handling of fresh products

Your order is shipped in thermo-insulated packaging to maintain freshness. It’s essential that someone is available to receive the delivery, store it in the fridge, and follow the provided handling guidelines for optimal quality.

  • Unopened vacuum-sealed meat: Stays fresh for up to 2 weeks.
  • Once opened: Best consumed within 2-3 days.

European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery cost is €25 across the EU, with free shipping for orders over €250. Note that customs and VAT may apply for orders to Switzerland.
