3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice, but any such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
7.2 If a product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@osmeatshop.com with supporting documentation (e.g., photos).
7.3 Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion in cases of valid complaints.
