With a total weight of 4500-5000 grams, you’ll be able to enjoy the world’s most prestigious tenderloin with a large group of friends and family members on multiple events in time. This way, you will receive all of the best cuts that a Japanese A5 Wagyu cow has to offer. Make no mistake, it doesn’t get any better than this! The absolute best of the best.
IMPORTANT: At popular request we don’t trim the tenderloin because the trimmings and Wagyu fat are perfect as ingredient for dishes such as exclusive burgers or other minced meat dishes. Some shops charge up to 65€ per kilo for Wagyu fat. We only charge 4 kilo instead of the actual 4,5-5 kilo it actually is.
