“Summo” is a Latin word that typically means “highest” or “supreme.” It is often used to describe something that is at the top or the pinnacle in terms of rank, status, or quality. Summo Wagyu: The Pinnacle of Japanese Beef

Summo Wagyu originates from most pristine regions in Japan, places renowned for its clean air, pure water, and lush pastures—ideal for raising premium cattle. Only the highest quality Kuroge Washu cattle are selected, with a careful focus on maintaining pure bloodlines to ensure the finest product. These cattle are raised on a specialised diet that includes rice straw, corn, barley, and grains for minimum 900 days, allowing for optimal marbling development. Raised in a stress-free environment with regular health checks and clean living conditions, Summo Wagyu guarantees a premium, carefully nurtured product that reflects the pinnacle of Japanese beef excellence.
